LED lights are becoming increasingly popular for adding ambiance to TV viewing. One popular way to use them is to have a sync box for your HDMI sources that sends the information to your LEDs installed behind your TV. Not only does this look cool, but it can also reduce eye strain and improve your overall viewing experience. In this article, we'll guide you step by step on how to install LED lights behind your TV .
Step 1: Measure the area behind your TV
The first step is to measure the diagonal of your TV to determine which TV backlight system you need. This will help you determine the required length. We recommend using a tape measure for accurate measurements.
You can also check the size of your TV by looking at the reference above the barcode. It will show the brand name and then the size, usually between 40 and 85 inches.
Step 2: Choose the right size of TV backlight Sync Box
There are different lengths of LED backlights available from Hubaura, including options for 42-53 inch , 53-55 inch ; 56-64 inch , 65-75 inch and 77-85 inch TVs .
Step 3: Clean the area behind your TV
Before installing the TV backlight system , clean the area behind your TV with a damp cloth and let it dry. This will ensure the adhesive adheres properly and the LED lights last for a long time.
Step 4: RGBIC TV LED Strip Installations
Now it's time to install each TV LED strip.
First, remove the adhesive backing from the LED light strips.
Carefully place the strips along the back of your TV, making sure they are straight and even starting from the bottom left rear of your TV and working your way up.
Check if the wires are hidden behind the TV and not visible from the front.
Connect the LED light strips to the Sync Box.
Step 5: Test the TV backlight
Once you've installed your LED TV backlight, you need to test the Sync Box with your HDMI source. Turn on your TV and see how the lights appear. You can adjust the brightness and color of the lights to your liking by downloading the app.
