Hubaura Guarantee

HUBAURA products have a two-year warranty after the date of receipt of your order.

HUBAURA products must have been:

  • used under reasonable conditions and not show any proven damage from impacts & water infiltration.
  • installed using the instructions provided with your product and/or via the instructions and videos made available on our website.

If the product malfunctions or stops inexplicably, we will deliver a new product or issue a refund.

Please fill out the form below and send it to us for analysis of your request in order to best respond to your request.

Information necessary for the proper processing of your request

  • Order number, product reference (sku number)
  • Your receipt if you did not purchase outside the HUBAURA Boutique
  • Photos & Videos to support
  • Explanation of the case and your perspective on the cause of the problem.

We reserve the right to decide on the causes of the problem, whether or not to activate the warranty.

Return & Refund

RETURN

Any product has the legal and mandatory right to be returned within 14 days after receipt of order.

It must be in original condition and with the original box, and in excellent condition.

Reminder :

  • Unsure about the size upon receipt of your package? Contact us on our Facebook page for express returns.
  • Installation instructions are included with your product. They are available on our website, accessible via a QR code printed on the Thank You Card included in your package.

Return conditions:


  • Intact product, with explicit and non-exhaustive photos, are required.

  • A product received by our warehouses with signs of use, removed adhesive protections or damaged packaging may lead to a refusal of reimbursement.

  • The strips covering the adhesive part of the products must not have been removed.

  • A proper functioning check will be carried out upon receipt.


The product may be returned to you at your request and at your expense in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

You will not be charged any additional fees for the time and costs incurred in processing your request via email and in the warehouses.

Our products are subject to refund or exchange if they have a construction defect validated following a request, the warranty conditions are explained in the Aura Hub Warranty section.

Return procedure and form

If you purchased the product from another sales platform, distributor or own store, please contact them to arrange the return.

REFUND :

If you have not yet received an email confirmation regarding your refund, we recommend that you check your bank statement first before contacting HUBAURA. If the refund does not appear on your statement, we invite you to contact your credit card issuing bank. It is important to note that refunds can sometimes
take some time to be processed and credited to your account, usually between 7 and 14 business days.
