If you have completed this step and have a trial account, go to your account settings and log out.
A little tip from the team: be sure to share your login details with family members or write them down on your phone. It's always better to take your time during installation to save time in case of problems.

Once your account is created, tap the "+" sign in the top right corner of the home screen and select "Add Device." The scan should then find your device. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Add your router's 2.4GHz network, not the 5GHz network, if both networks are enabled.

Make sure you are connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, have enabled Bluetooth and have given all access to the Smart Life app (you need to go to your phone's settings in the application section).
As a last resort, reset your device using the RESET button by pressing it for 5 seconds. If your LEDs are correctly configured in LED STRIP mode, they will light up red.
If you do not see your device, repeat the previous actions, download the application again, or use a relative's phone.
Problem connecting to Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz only)
Problem connecting to Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz only)
Our products, like most connected devices, are compatible only with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If your modem or internet box only broadcasts on 5 GHz, you can enable the 2.4 GHz band in your router settings. To simplify the connection, use the same network name (SSID) for both your Wi-Fi bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz): this way, your connected devices will automatically choose the most suitable frequency.
If that doesn't work, open the 2.4GHz port and name it accordingly. Connect your phone to this network and connect your sync box to this network.
If the problem persists, check that you have granted access to the application on your phone or try a different phone to verify.
